Brazilian Butt Lift is the transfer of fat from other areas of the body (e.g. stomach, hips, waist) to the buttocks. Its popularity is increasing all over the world. This procedure starts with liposuction and ends with fat transfer

WHAT IF YOU DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH FAT IN YOUR BODY?

  • You may consider butt implants.
  • This implant – known as gluteal implant – is placed inside the muscle.

Things to consider when choosing butt implants

  • Capsular contracture (an accumulation of hardening the scar tissue around the implant) may occur as in any surgery in which implants are used.
  • Implants usually have to be replaced every 8-15 years.

Things to consider when choosing Brazilian Butt Lift

  • Complications in this surgery are less of a concern because your surgeon uses your own fat within the procedure
  • Your doctor can give the shape you want more easily by using your own fat.

You are a good candidate for a “Brazilian Butt Lift” if you…

  • are following a healthy diet and exercise programme.
  • do not smoke.
  • have enough fat stores in suitable areas in your body.
  • have not experienced any surgery related infections recently.
  • have had frequent weight gain and loss resulting in the loss of the natural shape of your body
  • have complaints of loss of shape due to aging

Arm lift surgery (brachioplasty) is a type of plastic surgery which provides relief from sagging skin in the armpit, it treats sagging underarms by reducing extra skin, tightening and smoothing tissue, and removing extra fat. Genetics and aging play a role in the development of sagging skin, and you may also be left with extra skin after losing a lot of weight or Gastric Sleeve operation.
There are several ways of performing an arm lift operation but the most common ones involve incisions on the inside or back of your arms. Other options include an armpit incision or one that extends from the top of your elbow to your armpit, if there are too many pockets of fat that might make it hard for your arm to fully heal, your doctor may use liposuction at the same time to remove the fat. The entire procedure is usually done within three hours.

WILL ARM LIFT SURGERY SCARS FADE?

Yes, though it can take some time. The scars from the arm lift surgery start to fade several months after surgery. Additional fading will take place over the following years just as would be the case with any surgery.

This surgery reshapes the thighs and the area around the thighs by reducing excess skin and fat, resulting in smoother skin and better-proportioned contours of the thighs and lower body, if doing sports and weight control efforts have not achieved your goals for a body that is firmer and more youthful-looking, a surgical lift may be right for you. It is growing in popularity especially among those who have lost substantial amounts of weight and have loose skin on their thighs that impedes their mobility or makes them think they are unattractive.

WHY HAVE A THIGH LIFT ??

Your skin and soft tissue in the thighs can become flabby after gastric sleeve operation or following a large amount of weight loss. However, thigh lift surgery is not a good option for everyone. It is not a method of weight loss. A healthy diet and exercise should be tried before considering surgery. The thigh lift procedure usually lasts between 2 to 4 hours, and your surgeon will perform the surgery under general anaesthetic. Therefore, you will often need to stay in hospital overnight
